By creating an account or using Connect2Car, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to use Connect2Car. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the messaging or call relay to harass, threaten, or spam.
- Do not attempt to de-anonymize other users or bypass our privacy controls.
- Do not misuse QR/NFC tags, scrape the service, or disrupt its operation.
- Emergency alerts are for genuine situations only.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. Promotional codes may reduce or waive charges for a limited period. Prices and plan features may change with notice. Where required by law, applicable taxes are added at checkout.
Privacy
Your use of Connect2Car is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how contact details are kept private between parties.
Service availability & disclaimers
Connect2Car is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not a substitute for emergency services — always call your local emergency number in a real emergency.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connect2Car is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes update the date above. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
